Ab Februar ein Zimmer in 2 Zimmer Wohnung. Es wäre eine WG mit einem Mädchen aus Portugal. Das Zimmer ist groß und hat einen kleinen Balkon. Schöner Dielenboden, sehr hohe Decken, Gemeinschaftsküche und Badewanne.
Das Bad ist geräumig mit toller Badewanne und Waschmaschine. Die Küche ist gemütlich zum Sitzen. Festnetz und Internet mit Wlan ist vorhanden.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe der Warschauerstraße und ist somit mitten im touristischen Viertel von Friedrichshain. In 5 Minuten ist alles zu erreichen: Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle M10, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Gastronomie, Bank, späti usw. Von hier ist man auch schnell im Prenzlauer Berg und in Kreuzberg.

I am renting our beautiful, big and charming flat for 2 weeks in August. It is clean and nicely renovated and fully furnished, with balcony. Kitchen is fully equiped also with an extra waterfilter. Bathroom is big with window, bathtube and washing machine. There is also internet with wlan and telephone connection.
The flat is close to Warschauerstraße in the touristic center of Friedrichshain. Everything you can reach in only 5 minutes: tramway, shops, bank etc and it is also a good point to go to Prenzlauer Berg or Kreuzberg. A little Park is around the corner.
