Die Wohnung ist im Hinterhaus der Frankfurter Allee, der Strassenlärm ist nicht zu hören. Die zwei Zimmer sind nahezu gleich geschnitten (18m² und 21m²) und alle Zimmer gehen zum Innenhof. Das Bad und die Küche sind relativ klein, das Bad hat Wanne.

U-Bahn ist direkt vor dem Haus, Kino, Clubs, Supermärkte, Bars, Wochenmärkte etc. direkt um die Ecke!

Die Whng ist charmant, aber nicht renoviert und hat keine Dielen. Dafür ist sie günstig. Sie ist unmöbiliert, einige Sachen wie Küche, Schrank etc. könnten aber übernommen werden.

F´hain, preferred to friends or friends of friends!

The flat is in the backyard, without any noise from the street. It´s cuted perfectly in two almost equally big rooms (18m² und 21m²) and all rooms facing the yard. The kitchen and bathroom are relatively small, the bath has a tub.

Subway right in front of the house. Supermarkets, cinemas, bars, clubs, fleemarkets, foodmarkets etc. all around the corner.

The flat is charming but not renovated, no wooden floor. Therefore rent is reasonable. The flat is unfurnsihed! Some objects though can be taken over.

Sublet is on a longterm base from around 07th of April on.
