in dem Zeitraum vom 01.02.2018 bis 17.06.2018 vermieten wir unsere schöne Wohnung in Berlin-Friedrichshain, U5 Frankfurter Tor (4 Minuten von der U-Bahn Station) oder M10 Bersarinplatz (direkt vorm Haus). Die Lage ist sehr zentral mit guter Anbindung zu Alexanderplatz (10 Minuten), Kreuzberg und Prenzlauerberg. Wir vermieten die Wohnung für den kompletten Zeitraum; Leichte Abweichungen von diesem Einzugs-/Auszugsdatum wären jedoch nach Absprache eventuell möglich.
Die Wohnung befindet sich auf der 4. OG (kein Aufzug) und hat 2 Zimmer, Bad, Küche, Terrasse, geräumigen Flur; insgesamt ca. 60 Quadratmeter.
Die Warmmiete beträgt 800 Euro pro Monat (inklusive Kaltmiete, Nebenkosten, Strom, Gas, Internet, Telefon inkl. Festnetz-Flatrate, Rundfunkbeitrag). Die Kaution beträgt eine Monatsmiete bzw. 800 Euro. Für Juni wäre die Miete 420 Euro.
Die beiden Zimmer sind möbliert und die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet und sehr geräumig. Die Wohnung ist an Einzelperson oder Pärchen zu vermieten. Keine WG.
Da es sich nur um eine Zwischenmiete handelt, suchen wir nach jemandem, die/der sich sehr gut um unser Zuhause kümmern kann, wie wir es selber tun. Sauberkeit und Hygiene sind von höchster Priorität.

in the period from 01/02/2018 to 17/06/2018 we rent our beautiful apartment in Berlin-Friedrichshain, U5 Frankfurter Tor (4 minutes from the metro station) or M10 Bersarinplatz (right outside the house). The location is very central with easy access to Alexanderplatz (10 minutes), Kreuzberg and Prenzlauer Berg. We rent the apartment for the full period, but it is also possible to negotiate for a day or two.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor (no elevator) and has 2 rooms, bathroom, kitchen, terrace, spacious hallway; a total of about 60 square meters.
The monthly rent is 800 euros per month (including basic rent, utilities, electricity, gas, Internet, telephone incl. fixed flat rate, broadcast contribution). The deposit is 800 Euro as well. The June rent will be 420 euros.
The two rooms are furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped and very spacious. The apartment is to be rented to an individual or a couple. A flat-sharing community is not an option.
We are looking for someone who can commit to taking a good care of our place. Cleaning and hygiene are of top priority!

Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg is set in the heart of Berlin, on either side of the River Spree, on the border between east and west. It is one of Berlin's most interesting and fascinating districts. You'll experience urban buzz, vibrancy and diversity here at every turn. The streets and buildings have retained their very special atmosphere. The district's most well-known landmark is the listed Oberbaumbrücke bridge with its striking towers.
In the neighborhood there are nice places to have a snack or a real meal (huge offer of organic food), to enjoy a glass of wine or a beer. If you prefer to cook by yourself, you have our kitchen at disposal and there are supermarkets in the very neighborhood too.
There are many bars where you could accidentally catch a small gig anytime. Many small cinemas and galleries.
The location is perfectly connected to all parts of Berlin you might want to go to.
It is right just in front of the tram M10 stop "Bersarinplatz"
or 3 min walking to the U5 Frankfurter Tor
or 5 min walking to the famous Warschaustraße.
