On the ground floor of a quiet house in Berlin-Friedrichshain, this 2 room apartment is perfectly located. The bigger room offers space for a combination of living area, dining area and open kitchen. The second room is a perfect bedroom.
50ft2 + 10ft2 on the loft and a very high ceilings. It is a very quiet house with a green locked flowery yard, where people can leave their bicycles. The whole building has been sanitized. Its originally an Altbau. It is a very friendly house.
There is everything you need in the apartment: a perfect kitchen, big bed, a washing machine, hairdryer, internet etc.
All you need is to bring some clothes and you are perfectly set.
I've been living for some years in Berlin and Friedrichshain is still my favorite neighborhood. All kind of shops, supermarkets, pharmacy, cafes, restaurants, flea market, cinema, parks, cool bars - all in walking distance.
The connection to public transport form the apartment is very convenient. U5 Samariterstr. is 3 minutes walk and will bring you directly to Alexanderplatz in 10 minutes. And the S Frankfurter Allee, which is a great connection to all areas of the city, is 10 minutes walk or 1 U-Bahn station away from the apartment.
The flat is rented for one year only.The price is seven hundred (700) Euro per month and includes everything except electricity and internet bills. The flat is centrally heated.
A dog or a couple of cats are allowed.
