Hi,
I would like to rent my room out in a shared flat from December the 15th until January the 4th, as I will be in Thailand during this period.
The flat is really tidy, and the bedroom itself is large, well lit with plants, a double bed, a desk and a sofa.
The location is really convenient. If you enjoy to party it is a stones throw away from many clubs but also far enough away to relax. Ostkreuz is just a 5 minute walk away.
I am just looking for somebody clean and respectful, who will make sure to water my plants and keep the room tidy.
The rent for the period is 350 EUR + an 80 EUR security deposit. The price is not flexible and neither are the dates I will rent the room out for.
