I offer my cosy apartment, directly at underground & metro station "Warschauer Straße". Even though it it located supercentral, you won't hear a single noise from the street, no train, just birds singing in the morning (windows to backyard). The big sleeping/living room is 30m² big and the kitchen is also spacious (15m²), with a table and cosy cinema seats to chill, when you have cooked a good meal in the functional kitchen or just having a cold beer. The toilet and shower are in seperate rooms, each with its own sink.
I'll be gone from the 10th till the 31th, but if you want to stay some days longer or earlier, that's discussable. Just text me and send your phone number, I'll get back to you.

This Apartment is located in a parallel street to Warschauer Straße, where you are right beside the Berghain, Simon-Dach street, multiple bars and restaurants, clubs and supermarkets 5 min close. A bus is stopping in front of the door, the Tram stacion is 3 min, the Metro "Warschauer Straße" 8min, the underground around 10.
Around the house you'll also find a lot of parks and greens, like "Weberwiese". You also have the RAW area around the corner, with it's food wagons, flea markets and a lot of cultural programs.
