Ich vermiete meine schöne Wohnung (100 Quadrat Meter) von 11.09.19 bis 14.11.19. Ich suche nach einem sauber, vertrauenswürdig Untermieter für diese zwei Monate. Der Preis ist 1'400 pro Monat, insgesamt 2'800 für 2 Monate.

Die Wohnung ist groß, hell und dekoriert. Sie hat:

- ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Kleiderschrank, Kommode, Spiegel
- ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Schreibtisch, Klavier, Buchregel, Kommode
- ein Wohnzimmer mit Fernseher, Coach, Sessel, und Essgruppe
- eine Einbauküche mit allem Komfort (Gefrierschrank, Spülmaschine, Ofen, viele Aufbewahrung)
- ein Badezimmer mit Bad, Dusch und Waschmaschine
- und ein Balkon mit Ausblick auf die Strasse und einen Park

Es gibt auch eine Luftmatratze, was bedeutet, dass bis zu 6 Personen untergebracht werden können. Sie Wohnung hat auch viele Pflanzen, die die Wohnung schön und angenehm machen. Es gibt auch einen Fahrradkeller.

I’m renting my entire apartment (100 square meters) from 11.09.19 to 14.11.19. I’m looking for a trustworthy and tidy sub tenant for these 2 months. The price per month is 1,400, so 2,800 in total for 2 months.

The apartment is big, sunny and well decorated. It has:

- a quiet, north-facing bedroom overlooking a private courtyard with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror
- a sunny, south-facing bedroom with double bed, desk, piano, book cases, and a chest of drawers
- a living room with TV, coach and armchair, dining set
- a fully fitted kitchen with all the mod cons (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, lots of storage)
- a bathroom with bath, shower, and washing machine
- a balcony with view over the street and a small park

There’s also an additional air mattress, which means up to 6 people can stay in the apartment. The apartment also has lots of plants, which make it really nice and pleasant. It also offers a bicycle cellar.
