Ein perfekter Ort um im wilden Berlin zur Ruhe zu kommen und aufzutanken. Die Küche bietet Platz für bis zu 4 Personen und das kleine Bad hat alles, was ein Bad braucht (außer eine Badewanne, dafür aber eine schöne Dusche).
Waschmaschine, Herd + Ofen, Kühlschrank, Toaster, Waserkocher, WLAN, Bettwäsche, bei Bedarf Handtücher, Küchenutensilien - alles inklusive.
Despite its central location the fat is nicely quite, cause the house is not directly next to the street (as you can see from the sleeping room window). It has a beautiful wooden mosaic floor and a loving atmoshphere. WLAN, a washing machine, a fridge, an oven, a boiler, toaster, a vacuum cleaner, everything to clean, to cook and to bake is included!
Die Wohnung befindet sich innerhalb des Rings und der Prenzlauer Berg, Mitte und Kreuzberg sind mit dem Fahrrad in 10 Minuten zu erreichen, Neukölln und Treptow in 15 - 20 Minuten. Es gibt verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 2 - 5 Minuten Fußentfernung (Netto, Edeka, Denns etc.), Cafes, Restaurants, Bäcker, ein wunderschönes Kino, eine Apotheke, ein Friseur, Blumenläden, Bars, Ärzte und der Volkspark Friedrichshain ebenfalls. Zwei Tramstationen sind 5 - 7 Minuten Fußweg entfernt und die nächste Ringstation ist die Landsberger Allee.
In the same street there are cafés, spätis, shops etc. and just around the corner there are restaurants, an amazing cinema, more shops, cafés, pharmacies, doctors - everything you need. 10min walking there is the Volkspark, a beautiful and big park, 10min by bike you'll in Berlin Mitte, 10min by bike in Berlin Kreuzberg, 10min by bike in Berlin Prenzlauer Berg, 20min by bike in Neukölln.
