Ich vermiete ein schönes, teilweise möbliertes Zimmer in einer 2er-WG Altbauwohnung in der Rigaerstraße in Friedrichshain, zur Zwischenmiete für August und September 2022 mit Option auf längere (oder dauerhafte) Vermietung.

Das Zimmer, das vermietet wird, hat 20 Quadratmeter und ein großes Fenster mit französischen Balkon zur Straße. Es ist ausgestattet mit einem Kleiderschrank, eim Bett, Vorhängen, Teppich, Kommoden und einigen weiteren Möbel.

Die Wohnung hat Stuck, Dielen, viele viele Pflanzen und eine ruhige Lage trotz Vorderhaus.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestaltet mit Siebträger-Kaffeemaschine, Soundsystem und Spülmaschine.
Das Bad hat eine Dusche mit Badewanne und eine moderne Waschmaschine. Vorne Französische Balkone zur Straße, geräumiger Balkon zum Innenhof (durch mein Schlafzimmer zu erreichen) und einen Fahrstuhl, um entspannt in den 3. Stock zu gelangen.

Ich selbst bin 36 Jahre alt, arbeite Vollzeit und zu 90% im Homeoffice.

Wir machen einen offiziellen Untermietvertrag im Einverständnis mit der Hausverwaltung und dem Vermieter, bei dem auch die Kaution ein Bestandteil ist.

I am renting a nice, partially furnished room in a 2-person shared flat in an old building on Rigaerstraße in Friedrichshain, for interim renting for August and September 2022 with the option of longer (or permanent) renting.

The room that is rented has 20 square meters and a large window with a French balcony facing the street. The room is furnished with a wardrobe, a bed, curtains, carpet, dressers and some other furniture.

The apartment has stucco, floorboards, lots of plants and is in a quiet location despite the front building.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a portafilter coffee machine, sound syste, dishwasher and lots of equipment.
The bathroom has a shower with bath and a modern washing machine. Front French balcony to the street, spacious balcony to the courtyard (accessed through my bedroom) and an elevator to get to the 3rd floor with ease.

I am 36 years old, work full time and 90% in the home office.

We make an official sublease agreement together with the property management and the landlord, which also includes the deposit.
