Hey folks, anyone here who needs a place to stay over holiday? I’m going away for for Christmas and New Years eve. It's a two room apartment.
1 guest - 40 €/night, if you have it for the whole period.
extra person + 20 € extra.
I'm going for holiday and would like to rent out my apartment.
Location: Frankfurter Tor. The apartment is in the backyard, 3rd floor. One room faces west with the sun from afternoon, the other room faces east, sun until 12-13 p.m. (window in the courtyard).
December 25th 2022 - January 2nd 2023. The flat is bright, sunny and fully furnished, large bathroom and kitchen, central heating, fast Internet, everything you need: bedsheets, towels, shampoo, washing machine, etc. I hope you will feel comfortable. It's very calm here.
!! Better if you don't have a cat allergy, since I usually live with a cat. The flat will be clean and the cat won't be there, but just to be sure.
