We would like to rent our sunny, cozy and comfortable apartment in Friedrichshain in March 2022 (from the 10/03 until the 04/04, but we can be flexible on this). The rent includes everything (internet, electricity, water etc.).
The flat is equipped with everything you may need: a washing machine, dishwasher, double bed, sofa with sleeping option, 2 separate comfortable places to work (perfect for home-office needs), large tv with an exceptional sound system, record player and a cellar for bikes.
The highlight of our apartment is a beautiful sunny patio surrounded by a garden with a big wooden bench and a table where you can chill on sunny days.
A few more key points:
- 5 min on foot to Sbahn Storkower Straße (Ring + s8) / Landsberger Alle (Ring + s8 / M5/M6/M8) - you can reach Alexanderplatz within 20 minutes
- Many supermarkets for groceries arounf: 5 min on foot to Kaufland / Penny/ Aldi / Rossmann / Baumarkt Toom
- 15 min walking distance to Boxhagener Platz
- 10 min walking distance to Volkspark Friedrichshain
