Our apartment:
A three 3 apartment surrounded with balconies. --Access through each seperate balconies
-On the top floor (5th floor)
-Located in a new apartment complex with 4 blocks
-In front of the U5 (samariter strasse)
-The kitchen and the fridge is installed, the rest is unfurnished
-It's floor heated
-Pets are allowed in the complex -the apartment is very quite and safe and the neighbours are very friendly. What are looking for?
-We are looking for a smaller two room (with two seperate bedrooms) apartment, up to 1000€ or below. We are students we are looking for cheaper options. Preferably in Kreuzberg, Schöneberg, Neukölln, Fshain but open to every suggestions (with balcony). We are considering leaving some installements such as the dish washer, big counter in the kitchen, the pallets in the balconies (800 euro).
