Insofern die Covid-19 Situation es zulässt, wollen wir Mitte Mai - Mitte Juni mit dem Bus in den Urlaub fahren.
In dieser Zeit vermieten wir deshalb gerne unsere Wohnung an vertrauensvolle, achtsame Menschen, einzeln, als Paar oder WG.
Die Wohnung ist im sanierten Altbau, 3. Stock, Dielenboden, Balkon, hat drei Zimmer*, dazu einen geräumigen Flur und eine große Küche.
Das Bad hat eine Badewanne.
Eine Waschmaschine ist auch da.
Da wir ein Baby haben, ist unsere Wohnung nicht nur für Erwachsene sondern eben auch mit Babymöbeln eingerichtet – vielleicht nützt das ja sogar jemandem etwas.
*: Wohnzimmer, Arbeitszimmer und Schlafzimmer. Vom Schlafzimmer habe ich allerdings keine Fotos; kann ich bei Bedarf aber nachliefern.
In unmittelbarer Nähe sind die U5 und Tram M10.
Auch zu Fuß zu erreichen sind des weiteren die Ringbahn und weitere Trams (M5, M6, M8, 21).
Direkt vor der Haustür sind ein Edeka und Denn's Biomarkt.
Das Haus liegt an einer Seitenstraße, wodurch es auch vorne raus nie sonderlich laut ist.
Ihr müsst euch bitte um unsere Pflanzen kümmern :)
