The flat is at the junction point of Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg. 8 min walks to Ostkreuz Sbahn station, 4 min walks to the bus station. The area is Berlin's most alive district full of all manner of bars, cafes, second-hand stores, galleries, markets, clubs, restaurants, and art spaces.
The space:
It's a non-smoking, 2nd-floor flat with a high ceiling and wooden floor. Minimal, peaceful, and comfortable flat.
It has a fully equipped kitchen, living+sleeping room, and a bathroom with a shower and washing machine.
You can find all facilities that you need in a flat.
In the flat, you have enough space for up to max 2 people.
Guest access:
Living/sleeping area, kitchen, bathroom, backyard.
IMPORTANT:
-File sharing, illegal downloads, streaming, torrent, etc. are illegal in Germany and it might end up in heavy fines. In short; Please use the internet only for legal purposes and don't stream or download any films etc.

Edeka, Lidl and Netto super markets are 7 min walks to the flat and they're open until 21:00 and 22:00.

It's my own flat so I'm looking for someone who is really tidy, clean, respectful and who will take care of the property as if it's their own place =)
Smoking and loud parties are not welcomed.
