We are subletting our beautiful apartment for 2 months.
Located in Friedrichshain Rudolfkiez, within 10 minutes you can either get to the Ostkreuz (S-bahn/Trains) or Warschauer Str (U1/3) and Bus 347 stops right across the building.
It is a 106m² apartment with 3 rooms but one room will be locked the whole time, you will still have 80sqmt for your use.
It is furnished and fully equipped with a kitchen (lots of spices and herbs to cook with), washing machine, shower.
The rent includes all utilities water, heating, WIFI. We have 50Mbps Vodafone connection and it works great in case you work from home. We also have a desk, monitor and a very comfortable chair you can work from.
If you love plants, you will really enjoy our home. As you can see in the pictures, we have many plants. Don't worry, we will water them before going so you don't have to worry :-)

Netto is 3mins away and Edeka is 10mins walk.
The Spree river is also only 5 minutes away from the apartment.
Unfortunately Anmeldung is not possible.

The apartment will be handed over to you clean, we expect that you leave the apartment clean as you found it. If not found clean, 60Eur will be deducted from the deposit.
We have cleaning help who comes every other Thursday, if you wish to have her clean the apartment , let us know, we can give you her number. It's 60Eur per cleaning.
