3-Zimmer-Wohnung für Katzenliebhaber zur Zwischenmiete, Catlovers only, 3 Room Appartement for sublease

Achtung: Die Fotos sind von unserer vorherigen (kleineren) Wohnung. Wir ziehen Ende des Monats in die neue (größere, schönere) Wohnung in Prenzlauer Berg um, dann gibt es die neuen Fotos und online Besichtigung ist jederzeit möglich.

Wir suchen jemanden für unsere 3-Zimmer-Wohnung in Prenzlauer Berg zur Zwischenmiete für 2 Wochen vom 28.07.24 bis 11.08.24, während wir im Urlaub sind. Die Wohnung wird komplett möbliert untervermietet.
Die Wohnung ist 76qm groß, hat eine schöne Küche mit Flügeltüren zum geräumigen Wohnzimmer, Badewanne und einen Balkon.
Mitbewohnerinnen in dieser Zeit sind unsere 2 Katzen Karl & Rosa, daher würden wir nur gerne an Katzenliebhaber vermieten.

We are looking for someone for our nice 3 room appartement for 2 weeks in Prenzlauer Berg from the 28.07.24 - 11.08.24, while we are on holidays. The flat will be subleased with the whole furniture.
The flat is 76qm big, has a new kitchen, a bathtub and a big balcony.
Your flatmates in this time would be our cats Karl & Rosa. That's why we would only sublet the flat to a catlover.
