ich vermiete meine schöne Wohnung in Friedrichshain im Sommer unter. Die Wohnung umfasst 120qm, Küche, Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Bad + Balkon, zur Untermiete stehen ca. 100qm zur Verfügung. Es gibt noch ein weiteres Schlafzimmer, es kann zeitweise in Absprache genutzt werden.
Die Ausstattung, gerade im Wohn- und Schlafzimmer ist sehr hochwertig, daher die hohe Kaution.
Die Wohnung ist trotz zentraler Lage ruhig gelegen (Hinterhaus), hier wohnen Familien mit teils kleinen Kindern. Es wäre toll, wenn du deinen Alltag zuhause auch entspannter angehst, durchfeierte Nächte und laute Musik findest du bei Bedarf fußläufig überall im Kiez.

I rent my beautiful apartment in Friedrichshain during the summer. The apartment includes a kitchen, bedroom, living room, bathroom + balcony, 100sqm are available for subletting. There is another bedroom that can also be used temporarily bay arrangment.
The equipment, especially in the living room and bedroom is very high quality, hence the high deposit.
Despite its central location, the apartment is in a quiet location, families with children live here too. Therefore:
If you like to party at home, the apartment is not suitable for you. But there are many clubs, restaurants and bars nearby.
