Wir möchten unsere Wohnung vom 01.08.-31.10. voll möbliert vermieten. Sie ist 66qm groß und befindet sich im Dachgeschoss (5. Stock) eines kernsanierten Altbaus ohne Fahrstuhl.
Die Wohnung hat eine große, voll ausgestattete Wohnküche, ein separates Wohnzimmer, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (180x200cm), ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne, sowie einen sonnigen Balkon. Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Fernseher (nur Streaming) und schnelles Internet/WLAN sind vorhanden. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es einen höhenverstellbaren Schreibtisch.
Dank Fenster und Balkontüren Richtung Westen und Osten bleibt die Wohnung gut durchlüftet, sodass es auch im Sommer nicht zu heiß wird. Der Balkon ist voll vernetzt zur Sicherung für Katzen.
Die monatliche Gesamtmiete beträgt 1600€ inkl. aller Nebenkosten, Möblierungszuschlag und Rundfunkgebühren.
Wir können euch eine Wohnungsgeberbestätigung zur Anmeldung ausstellen.
Ein Videochat, um einander vorab kennenzulernen, ist für uns Voraussetzung. Da die Wohnung aktuell vermietet ist, würden wir euch bei Interesse eine Videoaufnahme als Besichtigung zukommen lassen.

We’d like to rent out our fully furnished apartment between 01.08.-31.10. It is 66 sqm in size and located on the 5th floor (roof top) of a core-renovated old building without an escalator.
The apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen and living area, a separate living room, a bedroom with double bed (180x200cm), a bathroom with a bathtub, as well as a sunny balcony. Washing machine, Dishwasher, TV (streaming only) and fast internet/WiFi are provided. There is a height-adjustable desk in the living room, too.
Thanks to its windows and balcony doors to the West and East, the apartment has a nice air flow and doesn’t get too hot in the summer. The balcony has a cat net in place. We allow neutered cats in our apartment.
The monthly all-inclusive rent price is 1600€.
We are able to provide you with a "Wohnungsgeberbestätigung" for the "Anmeldung". (German bureaucracy... ;) )
A video chat to get to know each other is a prerequisite for us. Since the apartment is currently rented out, we would send you a video recording as a viewing if you're interested.
Das Haus befindet sich im Kiez um den Boxhagener Platz. Hier im Kiez gibt es viel Grün, Spätis an jeder Ecke für die ständige Versorgung, sowie Restaurants und Imbissbuden von allen erdenklichen Teilen der Erde. In den vielen Bars und einigen Clubs kann man sich super mit Freunden und Bekannten treffen und feiern. Ebenso gibt es auf dem Boxhagener Platz jeden Samstag einen tollen Wochenmarkt mit vielen Leckereien und jeden Sonntag einen spannenden Flohmarkt.
Die Dirschauer Str. befindet sich aber abseits der Lokale und Hauptverkehrswege und ist damit ruhig genug, sodass man im Sommer mit geöffneten Fenstern schlafen kann.
Bis zum großen, grünen Treptower Park am Spree-Ufer braucht es mit einem Fahrrad nur ca. 10 Minuten.

The building is located in the quarter around the Boxhagener Platz. This quarter offers many green park areas, “Spätis” on virtually every corner, as well as delicious restaurants from all over the globe. It’s easy to meet friends and the many bars or clubs, to hang out or to party. Additionally, around the Boxhagener Platz, there is a lovely farmer’s market every Saturday and a flea market every Sunday.
The Dirschauer Str. is located away from the bars, restaurants and main pathways that people use to get around. The apartment is calm enough to sleep with the windows open during summer.
The large, green Treptower Park at the Spree is only 10min away with a bike.
