As the People in the Last year and a half treat Bad the Apartment , there Are some Renovation works to do inside , if you Are ready to take care about the works ,i will discount you the rent of the First months.
What there is to do :
- put laminat in 1 bedroom ,the Living Room ,the Kitchen and the corridor.
-put new silicon in the shower and clean it properly to get the Leaks white again,
-to Change around 5 electrical Wall plugs
-paint the Walls
-change the fridge (can be also taken for free or super cheap in eBay Kleinanzeige ,it hasn t to be New new,but it has to be in GOOD condition)
-Change the sink and the sink forniture (can be also taken for free or super cheap in eBay Kleinanzeige ,it hast to be New new,but it has to be in GOOD condition)
For this works i can discount you 600 euro The First month ,so The First month will be 1400 Euro
And Will Discount you 500 euro the second Month ,so it will be 1500 euro.
From the 3rd month the Rent Will be 2000 euro per month .
All the Bills Are included .
