Willkommen in unserer lichtdurchfluteten Wohnung mit Garten im ruhigen Viktoria-Kiez. Mit zwei Schlafzimmern, Arbeitsplätzen und zwei Bädern ist alles vorhanden, damit ihr Euch wie zu Hause fühlen könnt. Von hier aus seid ihr in wenigen Minuten am Ostkreuz (S-Bahn), in ein paar Stationen in der Innenstadt, sowie in wenigen Gehminuten an der Spree. Etliche Restaurants, Bars, Clubs und Supermärkte sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

Die Unterkunft
Im Eingangsbereich im Erdgeschoss befindet sich eine Garderobe mit Schrank, sowie Abstellkammer inklusive Waschmaschine. Eine halbe Treppe höher kommt man in das Herzstück der Wohnung: die Küche und das Wohnzimmer. Über zwei große bodentiefe Terassentüren tritt man von hier hinaus in den Garten. Im Pavillon lässt es sich auch im Winter gemütlich Sitzen. Das Gäste-WC liegt neben der Küche.

Im ersten Stock, findet ihr das große Bad und zwei Schlafzimmer: eines mit Doppelbett (180 x 200 cm) und eines mit Stockbett (90 x 200 cm). Beide Zimmer sind mit Verdunkelungsvorhängen ausgestattet. Ein Kleiderschrank ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
Perfekt für eine Familie ist das Kinderzimmer mit Spielsachen ausgestattet. Dieses Zimmer kann zudem als Arbeitszimmer genutzt werden. Zudem gibt es im Hinterhof einen großen, privaten und eingezäunten Spielplatz, der zum freien Spielen geeignet ist.

Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was das Herz begehrt. So habt ihr neben Herd und Ofen natürlich auch Töpfe, Pfannen und Geschirr, um euch leckere Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten.
Für Kaffee habt ihr entweder eine De´longhi Espresso-Maschine oder einen Espressokocher zur Verfügung. Eine Wasserfilter-Anlage ermöglicht das Trinken des Leitungswassers, welches nach Bedarf mit dem Soda-Stream mit Kohlensäure versetzt werden kann.
Im geräumigen Wohnzimmer könnt ihr euch auf dem gemütlichen, sehr großen Sofa entspannen und von dort den Blick in den Garten genießen.

Weitere wichtige Hinweise
Wir würden unsere Wohnung gerne für den Zeitraum von 2,5 bis 4 Monaten vermieten, da wir beruflich im Ausland sein werden. Gerne können wir die Wohnung/Möbel nach Eurem Bedarf umstellen/ausräumen. Lasst uns wissen was ihr benötigt. Nach Bedarf stellen wir Euch auch unsere Fahrräder oder Kinderwagen zur Verfügung.

Mieter müssen über eine Haftpflichtversicherung verfügen.

Welcome to our light-flooded apartment with garden in the quiet Viktoria-Kiez. With two bedrooms, workspaces and two bathrooms, everything is available to make you feel at home. From here you are in a few minutes at the Ostkreuz (S-Bahn), in a few stations in the city center, and in a few minutes walk to the Spree. Several restaurants, bars, clubs and supermarkets are within walking distance.

The accommodation
In the entrance area on the first floor there is a checkroom with wardrobe, as well as storage room including washing machine. Half a staircase up you come to the heart of the apartment: the kitchen and the living room. Through two large floor-to-ceiling patio doors you step out from here into the garden. In the pavilion you can sit comfortably even in winter. The guest toilet is located next to the kitchen.

On the second floor, you will find the large bathroom and two bedrooms: one with double bed (180 x 200 cm) and one with bunk bed (90 x 200 cm). Both rooms are equipped with blackout curtains.
A closet is also available.
Perfect for a family, the children's room is equipped with toys. Moreover, this room can be used as a study. In addition, there is a large, private and fenced playground in the backyard, suitable for free play.

The kitchen is equipped with everything your heart desires. In addition to the stove and oven, you will of course have pots, pans and dishes to prepare delicious meals.
For coffee you have either a De'longhi espresso machine or an espresso maker. A water filter system allows you to drink the tap water, which can be carbonated as needed with the soda stream.
In the spacious living room you can relax on the comfortable, very large sofa and enjoy the view of the garden from there.

We would like to rent our apartment for the period of 2.5 to 4 months, as we will be abroad on business. We would be happy to rearrange/furnish the apartment according to your needs. Let us know what you need. We can also provide you with our bicycles or strollers if needed.

Tenants must have liability insurance.
