2-Zimmer Wohnung im Samariterviertel (25.01-15-02.2024)

Ich vermiete meine Wohnung im Samariterviertel für begrenzte Zeit. Die Wohnung befindet sich in guter Lage, ca. 5 Gehminuten von der U5 und ca. 10 Minuten von der Ringbahn entfernt. Lidl,Rewer und Kaufland in maximal 10 Minuten Fußweg. Ich werde in der Zeit vom 25.01.-15.02.24 nicht in Berlin sein und daher möchte ich die wohnung für den Zeitraum vermieten. Die Wohnungskosten sind für 3 Wochen insgesamt 750 Euro. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet mit Bett, Sofa, Tische, Schranke, Sessel, Waschmachine. Du müsstest also nichts weiter mitbringenIch werde meine persönlichen Sachen etwas bei Seite räumen, sodass du im Schrank und so weiter Platz hast. Die Wohnung hat einen französcsichen balkon und viele Pflanzen. Ich würde jemand suchen, der sich mit den Pflanzen auskennt und sich draum kümmern kann.

I am renting out my apartment in the Samaritan district for a limited time. The apartment is in a good location, about a 5-minute walk from the U5 and about 10 minutes from the Ringbahn. The housing costs for 3 Weeks is a total of 750 euros. The apartment is fully furnished with a bed, sofa, tables, wardrobe, armchair, and washing machine. So you don't have to bring anything with you. I'll put my personal belongings aside so that you have space in the closet and so on. The apartment has a French balcony and many plants. I would look for someone who knows about the plants and can take care of them.
