This exquisite apartment is located on the mezzanine floor of a building built in 2019 and therefore in a completely new modern environment.
It has an exceptional view of the Siegfried Hirschmann Park. This was built together with the entire residential complex.

A quiet place despite its highly central location where you can relax in the small private garden or in the community garden.

The large sofa in the living room is right next to a small balcony and invites you to spend a romantic evening watching TV with your girlfriend.

The apartment is holistically equipped with underfloor heating and luxurious features. It has beautiful and solid natural wood parquet throughout.

A quiet bedroom with access to the small private garden compartment is equipped with a king size bed (200X180) and a closet.

The kitchen with natural light is very stylish and fully equipped with refrigerator and freezer, oven, induction hob with booster and pots.

The living room has a large couch landscape with industrial table, so the evening can be spent watching Netflix on the SmartTV.

Internet: free 100MBit/s wifi!

Tasteful and modern design in the bathroom. Nanotechnology shower with heated towel rail, a mirror over 2m in size, modern designer fixtures and fittings throughout the house.

There are only a few small rules that we ask our guests to respect:
- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment (smoking is allowed on the balcony).
- We ask for a careful handling of the furnishings
- In the time between 22:00 and 07:00 we ask for silence and consideration for the other tenants in the house.

🚇 Connection
The two train stations U Samariterstraße (U5) and S Ostkreuz (S3,S5,S7,RE2,RE1)
are within a few minutes walking distance. They run every 5 minutes during the day
every 5 minutes during the day and two stops from U+S station
Alexanderplatz. So you can get very quickly by train to one of the
most central train stations in all of Berlin. From here you can reach all
connections (S3, S5, S7, S9, RE1, RE2, RE7, RBS7, RB14, FEX, U2, U5,
U8)
In addition, you are usually in the immediate vicinity of the Berlin streetcar and many bus stations.

Trotz der sehr zentralen Lage ein ruhiger Ort, an dem Sie im kleinen Privatgarten oder im Gemeinschaftsgarten entspannen können.

Das große Sofa im Wohnzimmer steht direkt neben einem kleinen Balkon und lädt zu einem romantischen Fernsehabend mit dem Partner/in ein.

Die Wohnung ist ganzheitlich ausgestattet mit Fußbodenheizung und luxuriöser Ausstattung. Sie verfügt über ein schönes und massives Naturholzparkett.

Ein ruhiges Schlafzimmer mit Zugang zum kleinen privaten Gartenbereich ist mit einem Kingsize-Bett (200X180) und einem Kleiderschrank ausgestattet.

Die Küche mit natürlichem Licht ist sehr stilvoll und komplett ausgestattet mit Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank, Backofen, Induktionskochfeld mit Booster und Töpfen.

Das Wohnzimmer hat eine große Sofalandschaft mit Tisch im Industrielstil, so dass der Abend damit verbracht werden kann mit Freunden Netflix auf dem SmartTV zu schauen.

Es gibt nur ein paar kleine Regeln, die wir unsere Gäste bitten, zu respektieren:
- Rauchen ist in der Wohnung nicht erlaubt (auf dem Balkon ist das Rauchen erlaubt).
- Wir bitten um einen sorgsamen Umgang mit den Einrichtungsgegenständen
- In der Zeit zwischen 22:00 und 07:00 Uhr bitten wir um Ruhe und Rücksichtnahme auf die anderen Mieter im Haus.

🚇 Anbindung
Die beiden Bahnhöfe U Samariterstraße (U5) und S Ostkreuz (S3,S5,S7,RE2,RE1)
sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sie verkehren tagsüber im 5-Minuten-Takt
alle 5 Minuten tagsüber und zwei Haltestellen von der U+S Station
Alexanderplatz. Sie können also sehr schnell mit dem Zug zu einem der
zentralsten Bahnhöfen in ganz Berlin. Von hier aus erreichen Sie alle
Verbindungen (S3, S5, S7, S9, RE1, RE2, RE7, RBS7, RB14, FEX, U2, U5,
U8)
Darüber hinaus befinden Sie sich in der Regel in unmittelbarer Nähe der Berliner Straßenbahn und vieler Bushaltestellen.
