Wir vermieten unsere schöne Wohnung während wir im Urlaub sind. Die Wohnung besteht aus Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Küche (inkl. Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler), Badezimmer (inkl. Badewanne und WC) und einem kleinen Flur. Außerdem haben wir einen kleinen Balkon auf die Grüntaler Straße raus, die sehr breit ist und daher eine schöne Sichtachse bietet über die Ihr den Sonnenuntergang beobachten könnt (Süd-West-Ausrichtung). Vom Fenster im Schlafzimmer, das in die andere Richtung geht, kann man den Fernsehturm und die S-Bahn sehen, was auch ein sehr schöner Blick ist.
Insgesamt kostet die Wohnung 950€ pro Monat bzw. 2375€ für den gesamten Zeitraum von 15.3. bis 31.5.
Wir haben keine Haustiere und können leider auch für die Untermiete keine Aufnehmen. Eine Anmeldung ist leider ebenfalls nicht möglich.
ENGLISH: We are renting out our beautiful apartment while we are on vacation. The apartment consists of a living room, bedroom, kitchen (incl. washing machine and dishwasher), bathroom (incl. bathtub and toilet) and a small hallway. We also have a small balcony overlooking Grüntaler Straße, which is very wide and therefore offers a beautiful line of sight over which you can watch the sunset (south-west facing). From the window in the bedroom that goes in the other direction you can see the TV tower and the S-Bahn which is also a very nice view.
In total, the apartment costs 950€ per month or 2375€ for the entire period from 15.3. to 31.5.
We do not have any pets and unfortunately cannot accept any for subletting. Also, we can not provide to possibility to register the apartment officially with the authorities.
Die Wohnung befindet sich am Ende der Grüntaler Straße, etwa 150m entfernt vom Kirschblütenweg (welcher in voller Blüte sein sollte zu der Zeit) und direkt in den Prenzlauer Berg führt. Der Mauerpark und Arkonaplatz sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es gibt ein einige Cafes und Restaurants in der Gegend, vor allem dann in der Soldinerstraße oder weiter die Grüntaler hinauf. Es sind etwa 5 Minuten zur nächsten Tramstation, 8 Minuten zur Bornholmer Straße und 15 Minuten zur Pankstraße oder nach Gesundbrunnen zu laufen. Es ist aber definitiv eine Wohngegend, also unser Block und auch der nächste sind sehr ruhig.
ENGLISH: The apartment is located at the end of Grüntaler Straße, about 150m from Cherryblossomwalk (which actually should be blooming around that time), which is already in Prenzlauer Berg. Mauerpark and Arkonaplatz are within easy walking distance. There are a few cafes and restaurants in the area, especially on Soldinerstraße or further up Grüntaler. It is about a 5 minute walk to the nearest streetcar station, 8 minutes to Bornholmer Straße and 15 minutes to Pankstraße or Gesundbrunnen. But it is definitely a residential area, so our block and the next one are very quiet.
