Hello and welcome! We are subletting our charming apartment located at Voltastraße from 16.02.2024 to 10.03.2024.
The location of this apartment is simply ideal. Just steps away from Voltastraße metro station (U8), a 10-minute walk to tram M10 (stop: Bernauer Straße), and a 10-minute walk to Berlin Gesundbrunnen station, you'll have quick access to the airport and various S-Bahn lines, including the Ringbahn.
The apartment, with a generous 67 m2 floor area, consists of a large, south-facing bright kitchen, a living room, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a bathtub. Its through layout provides excellent exposure to natural light. The kitchen overlooks a small inner courtyard where waste sorting is done.
Located on the second floor (no elevator), this apartment is well-suited for families with 2 parents and 1 child. The price for the entire period (23 nights) is 1,000 EUR. Nur wenige Schritte von der U-Bahn-Station Voltastraße (U8) entfernt, 10 Minuten zu Fuß zur Straßenbahn M10 (Haltestelle: Bernauer Straße) und 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Bahnhof Berlin Gesundbrunnen - Sie haben schnellen Zugang zum Flughafen und zu verschiedenen S-Bahn-Linien, einschließlich der Ringbahn.
