Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und geräumig wegen den großen Fenster, ideal für ein oder zwei Personen.(Bitte beachten Sie jedoch, dass nur ein Zimmer kein Durchgang ist. ) Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Straße, 300 Meter zur Tram , 700 Meter zur U-Bahn Station Pankstrasse, 900 Meter zur S-Bahnstation Bornholmerstr entfernt, Supermärkte sind in der Nähe. Restaurants und Cafés sind nur 15-20 Gehminuten entfernt.

We are looking for the next tenant for our 2-room apartment, the apartment will be rented unfurnished, but we are ready to leave some furniture by arrangement. The apartment is very bright and spacious because of the large windows, ideal for one or two people.(Please note that only one room is closed and the other is a walk-through.) The apartment is located in a quiet street, 300 meters from Tram station , 700 meters from the Pankstrasse underground station, 900 meters from the Bornholmerstr S-Bahn station, supermarkets are nearby. Restaurants and cafes are only a 15-20 minute walk away.
