2er WG am Ku'damm im Stadtteil Grunewald/Wilmersdorf

Hallo, zusammen.
da ich zwischen Februar und Juli für ein Praktikum im Ausland sein werde, vermiete ich mein Zimmer in einer wunderschönen 2er WG unter. Die Wohnung liegt im Grunewald mit Bushaltestelle quasi vor der Tür und Anschluss zur Ringbahn innerhalb von 8 Minuten.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 15m2 groß und ist komplett möbliert. Neben den üblichen Utensilien wie Waschmaschine, Internet und Geschirrspüler gibt es auch einen Fernseher in der Koche. Dein Mitbewohner ist Pierre, ein 25-jähriger Student, der offen und immer gesprächig ist.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es etliche auf dem Ku'damm und auch Richtung Grunewald. Die Gegend ist ruhig und sehr gemütlich.

Hello everyone,
I am subletting my room between Feb 1st, 2016 and July 1st, 2016.

The room is a large furnished room with a small balcony facing the backyard. The bedroom is furnished with bed, desk, clothes racks, a sofa futon. The bathroom comes with a big bathtub. The kitchen is spacy and comes with cooking equipments including my rice cooker, oven, and other things you need.

Your future roommate is Pierre, a 25 year old German guy who is studying at Potsdam University now as a Master's student. He is nice, and would love to have a new roommate while I am gone.

The room is part of the 2 room apartment, on the top floor of an apartment building in a quiet suburb in Berlin. The apartment building is sitting next to bus stop M19.

There are also bus stop for M29, X10 within 5 mins by foot, which will take you 15 mins to Kurfstensdamm and 20 mins to TU.

It is a quiet neighbourhood, which is close to the Israel embassy and are home to a lot professionals in Berlin.

The apartment building is quiet new, downstairs are parking and business apartments.
