My charming and cozy apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. With two spacious rooms, bathtub and balcony, a fully equipped kitchen it's the perfect retreat after a long day. The balcony invites you to relax and enjoy the sun while sipping your morning coffee.
The location couldn't be better! You'll find yourself in a friendly neighborhood where you'll quickly make new friends. You'll find the Spree and Wuhlheide in only 10-15min walking distance. But Ostkreuz is also only 2 stops by Sbahn away. The neighbors are kind and helpful, allowing for harmonious living.
Cleanliness and low noise levels are important to us, ensuring a peaceful atmosphere. We value a tidy environment and a considerate community.
As for public transportation, you're excellently connected. Just a few steps away, you'll find tram stops and S-bahn stations that can take you to all parts of the city. Shopping facilities, restaurants, and parks are also within close proximity.
In summary, this apartment offers you a cozy home with sunlight, friendly neighbors, and excellent public transportation connections.

Due to unfortunate personal circumstances, I had to travel very sudden to see my family. An in person visit of the apartment won't be possible. However, a video call is required, so we can get to know each other and I can tell you more about the apartment. If you want to stay less time, we definitely can talk about it.
