Helle 2 Zimmer Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete für 4,5 Monate

Ich vermiete meine 2 Zimmer Wohnung in Köpenick vom 12. Dezember bis zum 30. April, da ich verreise. Die Daten sind flexibel.

Die Wohnung ist 40qm groß und verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit einem 1,60m breitem Bett, ein Wohnzimmer, eine kleine an das Wohnzimmer anschließende Küche und ein Tageslichtbad mit Wanne. Da sie im 4. Stock gelegen ist, ist die Wohnung schön hell und ab Mittags scheint die Sonne rein. Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert und mit allem was man zum Leben braucht ausgestattet. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und grün und es gibt keinen störenden Straßenlärm. Vor dem Haus gibt es ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten. Die Nachbarn sind alle sehr freundlich und es wohnen einige ältere Menschen im Haus.

I'm subletting my flat from 12th December until 30th April (dates are flexible). The apartment is 40 sqm big and has a bedroom with a 1,60m big bed, a living room, a small kitchen and a daylight bathroom with bathtub. Since it is located on the 4th floor, the apartment is bright and the sun shines in from midday. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need. The area is very quiet and green and there is no street noise. The neighbors are all very friendly and there are some older people living in the house.
