Wenn du ein Fahrrad hast, kannst du es entweder, so wie ich im Flur parken, oder du im Hinterhof an den dafür vorgesehenen Radständern. Die Wohnung übernimmst du voll möbliert, dementsprechend ist von Topf bis Pfanne, über Waschmaschine und Kleiderbügel alles vorhanden und auch für dich benutzbar.

The apartment is located on the 6th floor with an elevator and is flooded with light due to its location on the south/west side. It has a window front that extends through the living room and bedroom with a view of the TV tower. Two large rooms, a walk-in closet, a security service in the building, a balcony, a dishwasher, and a bathtub are cool add-ons. If you have a bike, you can park it in the hallway like I do or at the designated bike stands in the backyard. The apartment comes fully furnished, so everything from pots and pans to washing machine and clothes hangers is available and ready for you to use.

Die Wohnung liegt in der letzten Straße von Mitte und grenzt sowohl an Friedrichshain als auch an Kreuzberg. Wer sich etwas in Berlin auskennt weiß, dass dies die Szeneviertel inmitten von coolen Bars und Clubs sind. Der Wrangelkiez sowie zahlreiche Restaurants, Kiosks und Imbisse sind fußläufig. Heinrich-Heine U-Bahn Station ist 5 min zu Fuß entfernt und Jannowitzbrücke ist mit 10 Minuten zu Fuß auch unmittelbar. Zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Edeka, Lidl, Aldi, Denn`s Biomarkt und Rossmann liegen 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

The apartment is located on the last street of Mitte and borders both Friedrichshain and Kreuzberg. Anyone familiar with Berlin knows that these are the trendy neighborhoods in the midst of cool bars and clubs. The Wrangelkiez as well as numerous restaurants, kiosks, and snack bars are within walking distance. Heinrich-Heine subway station is a 5-minute walk away and Jannowitzbrücke is also within immediate walking distance at 10 minutes. Numerous shopping options such as Edeka, Lidl, Aldi, Denn's Biomarkt, and Rossmann are a 5-10 minute walk away.

Bei Fragen komme gerne jederzeit auf mich zu. Das Ein- und Auszugsdatum ist +/- 2 Tage flexibel. Länger geht leider nicht, ist schon schön hier, ich komme wieder ;) Der Preis bezieht sich auf den gesamten Zeitraum.
Du kannst dir die Wohnung jederzeit anschauen kommen, rufe mich einfach zur Terminvereinbarung an.
Die Kaution ist mit der ersten Miete am Einzugstag zu zahlen.

The security deposit is to be paid with the first rent with the handover of the keys.
