The bedroom is spacious with a comforable bed and sports devices if you want to use them. The neighbours are really quiet, so you’ll be able to sleep well! You are looking out to green trees and can hear the birds sing - where else do you get that? The room only has the necessary (bed, wardrobe, sports stuff), but the rest of the apartment has everything else you might want.
The office is equipped with a big desk to work on, also looking into the trees. The desk is adjustable in height and you can use it as a standing desk, too. There's a second bed in the office which can be used as single bed or be extended to a 190 cm double bed.
The kitchen is super well equipped and has direct access onto the balcony.
The living room also has direct access to the balcony. You'll find a comforable sofa and a big table in the living toom.
Bathroom has everything it needs.
You’ll have less than 5 minutes to the nearest metro stops - there are several ones (different lines) around. You’ll also have many different bus connections at reach (metro busses and normal busses). And due to Berlin's network of nightbusses and all night metro services on the weekends, you'll always be well connected.
If you have a bicycle everything is close by due to the central location of the flat.
For grocery shopping you have several supermarkts and bio shops, Spätis (late night shops), bakeries just some minutes away. Restaurants, cafés and corner shops, but also libraries and other shops are close by, too.
There are also many smaller and bigger parks and outdoor gyms (great if you use urban sports) + sports stuff to play different kinds of sports.
You'll be in the middle of Berlin and can pick which district you'll discover next.
There's also quite some museums and galleries around.
You will have the important task to keep my plants alive. I’m sure you’ll manage.
Also: there is a quite big balcony that invites you to enjoy the beginnings of summer in Berlin.
