The Room
Minimal furnished room 18m² with wooden floor boards and large windows. Comes with a queen bed, two clothes racks, storage cabinet and desk. My belongings are stored in the basement to free up space for you to settle in and feel at home!

Location
The flat is located right next to the beautiful Viktoria Park, 5mins from Gleisdreieck Park, and 15mins from Templehofer Feld. Situated in the popular Bergmannkiez on the border of Kreuzberg and Schöneberg. There are some really good restaurants, cafes and bars just on our street, and the best Späti ever!! Walking distance to U-Bahn / S-Bahn Yorckstraße with Rewe, Lidl and Aldi just around the corner.

WG life
We are a two person flat share. The whole flat is 97m² renovated Altbau. There are 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, bathroom and outdoor balcony in a semi-private backyard. We have plenty of cookware and utensils, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.

You will be living with one awesome male flatmate (early 30's) who speaks German and English. We are a chilled but fun household, both creative working professionals and social butterflies. Looking for someone with good vibes and mutual respect, who wouldn't say no to a drink or two!

Miscellaneous
The room is available from Jan 1st, 2024 for 3 months sublet. Unfortunately Anmeldung is not available. I would prefer someone who has a stable job and is clean and respectable as I will be leaving my furniture in the room and expect everything to be in the same condition when I return. The costs are 680€ warm monthly and 1 month deposit.
