Beautiful and bright apartment at the heart of Kreuzberg, Bergmannkiez for sublet starting 31.08.

mein Partner und ich sind verreist und suchen für unsere schöne und helle Wohnung im Herzen Kreuzbergs ein sympathisches Pärchen (oder eine einzelne Person), dass in dieser Zeit auf unsere Wohnung und auf unsere vielen Pflanzen aufpassen möchte.

Die Wohnung ist frei vom 31.08.-24.09 (25 Tage - 1417€)und dann nochmal vom 07.10.-15.11. (28 Tage- 2153 €). Am besten suchst du etwas für einen der beiden Zeiträume oder an beiden. Allerdings ist es auch möglich den ganzen Zeitraum die Wohnung zu benutzen - in diesem Fall würden wir eines der Zimmer (Gästezimmer) vom 24.09.-6.10. benutzen. Details können wir gerne besprechen.

Die Miete pro Monat mit allem inklusive und voll möbliert beträgt 1700 € und Kaution sind 1000 €. Die Miete würde sich für den jeweiligen Zeitraum danach berechnen. Die Miete und Kaution müssen im Voraus bezahlt werden.

Wie du an den Fotos sehen kannst, ist die Wohnung sehr hell und großzügig und hat alles was man braucht, was ihr natürlich auch nutzen könnt. Wir fühlen uns hier sehr wohl und suchen jemanden oder ein Paar, dass das zu schätzen weiß und respektvoll mit der Wohnung umgeht.

Es gibt insgesamt 4 Räume - ein Arbeitszimmer mit Couch, dass über eine offene Tür mit dem Wohnzimmer verbunden ist. Dann gibt es noch ein großes Schlafzimmer und ein kleines Gästezimmer (10qm). Dieses würden wir abschließen und all unsere Sachen dort verstauen.

Die Umgebung ist eine der schönsten Berlins, du bist gut angebunden und kommst mit der U7 Geneisenaustr. und U6 Mehringdamm schnell überall hin. Im Bergmannkiez gibt es viele Cafés, grüne Bäume und leckere Restaurants. Das Tempelhofes Feld, Gleisdreieck und Victoria Park sind nur wenige Fußminuten entfernt.

Rauchen oder Dampfen sind nicht erlaubt. Ebenso keine Haustiere oder Parties.

my partner and I are out of town and are looking for a nice couple (or a single person) for our beautiful and bright apartment in the heart of Kreuzberg, who would like to take care of our apartment and our many plants during this time.

The apartment is free from 31.08.-24.09 (25 days - 1417€)and then again from 07.10.-15.11 (28 days- 2153 €). It is best to look for something for one of the two periods or on both. However, it is also possible to use the apartment for the whole period - in this case we would use one of the rooms (guest room) from 24.09.-6.10. Details we can discuss with pleasure.

The rent per month with everything included and fully furnished is 1700 € and deposit is 1000 €. The rent will be calculated according to one of the periods. The rent and deposit has to be paid in advance.

As you can see from the photos, the apartment is very bright and spacious and has everything you need, which of course you can use. We feel very comfortable here and are looking for someone or a couple that will appreciate and respectfully treat the apartment.

There are 4 rooms in total - a study with couch that is connected to the living room via an open door. Then there is a large bedroom and a small guest room (10sqm). This one we would lock and store all our stuff there.

The neighborhood is one of the most beautiful in Berlin, you are well connected and can get everywhere quickly with the U7 Geneisenaustr. and U6 Mehringdamm. In the Bergmannkiez there are many cafes, green trees and delicious restaurants. The Tempelhofes Feld, Gleisdreieck and Victoria Park are only a few minutes walk away.

Smoking or vaping are not allowed. Likewise, no pets or parties.
