Gemütliche 2- Zimmerwohnung im hippen Gräfekiez

Ich vermiete meine Wohnung im Gräfekiez für erstmal ein paar Monate, eventuell auch länger nach Absprache bis ich sie verkaufe. Ich habe bereits alle meine persönlichen Sachen mitgenommen, ist aber trotzdem noch alles da was man braucht - bis zu Handtücher und Bettwäsche.
Sie ist voll möbliert wie auf den Fotos und für Singles bzw Pärchen geeignet (2 Zimmer und auch 2 Arbeitsplätze). Im Prinzip ist sie bereits am dem 22.1 bezugsfrei, ich bin aber flexibel was das Ein/Auszugsdatum betrifft. Die Monatsmiete beträgt Pauschal 1.200 Euro inkl. alles ( Strom, Heizung, Warmwasser, Internet, Möbel, Fernseher...)

Der Kiez ist super, viele nette Restaurants und Cafés, Bäckereien, Landwehrkanal, Admiralsbrücke, Hasenheide, alles ums Eck. Verkehrsanbindung ist auch gut (U7, U8, M41)

Kommt gerne ab 16.1 vorbei oder wir machen einen Video Call :)

I will rent out my flat for some months with the possibility ti stay longer. Eventually I want to sell it but for now I took out all my personal belongings but there is still everything you might need. It is fully furnished like shown on the pictures and perfect for singles or couples and it would already be available from the 22.1 onwards, cut I am felxible with the move in/out date. The rent per month is 1.200 Euros all inclusive (power, heating, water, internet, furniture, appliances... )

The neighbourhood is really nice with cute cafes and restaurants, lots of green due to the parks and the canal and also public transport is great (U7, U8, M41)
