Ich vermiete für einen Monat meine Wohnung am Maybach-Ufer, da ich im Ausland sein werde.
Die Wohnung besteht aus 2 großen Zimmern, einer Wohnküche und einem großen Schlafzimmer, insgesamt hat die Wohnung 80qm und viel Platz.
Sie eignet sich gut für Pärchen und kostet insgesamt 850 € für die knapp 32 Tage wo ich nicht da bin.
Falls ihr die Wohnung nicht für den gesamten Zeitraum anmieten wollt, kann man gerne über einen anderen Zeitraum sprechen.
Mir ist es extrem wichtig, dass die Wohnung in saubere und verantwortungsvolle Hände kommt. Es ist ein super ruhiges Haus, sprich Partys oder große Dinna Abende usw. sind nicht erlaubt.
Des Weiteren gibt es einige Pflanzen, um die ihr euch kümmern müsst.
