We sublet our flat for the time we are away, ideal for someone in need for a short term solution. Good for a couple or 2-3 friends. There is one double bed, and the possibility to bring another one from the basement, into the second room.
The apartment is super nice, 100m2, with lots of light and lots of plants (if you like plants and don't mind watering every now and then, would be perfect).
There is a sunny balcony and a nice and big living room.
The building is in between Görlitzer Park and the canal, so very central kreuzkölln area. Very alive in summer nights, and many green areas around to find some peace.
It's well connected, but it's better to have a bike.
5-10 min walk from supermarket, week market in Maybachufer, cafés and bars.
The best would be to meet in person in the flat, as everything is basically trust based ;)
