(Note for Expats: this offer is most probably not suitable for you...I am renting out my apartment only for 3 days a week...the other days I am living there myself. I am only looking for someone who is commuting to Berlin and lives in an other city. Thanks for your understanding)
Mitwohngelegenheit in schicker, großer und heller Loft in Kreuzberg. Du kriegst dein eigenes Zimmer und hast die Wohnung im Regelfall für dich alleine (ich bin Dienstag bis Donnerstag beruflich in einer anderen Stadt).
Die Loft besteht aus einem großen Wohnraum mit Küche, Sofa und Esstisch, einem Wannenbad und zwei Zimmern, davon wird eins deins. Waschmaschine und TV gibt es leider nicht. Dafür schnelles Internet. Durch die Lage im Hinterhaus ist es relativ ruhig, obwohl mitten in der Stadt. Zur U8 und zur U3 sind es nur 5 Minuten zu Fuss. Mit der U8 bist du in 2 Stationen am Alexanderplatz. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Cafés und Restaurants. Ein Biosupermarkt und ein normaler Supermarkt sind auch nur 5 Minuten weit weg
Du bist Nichtraucher(in), ordentlich und halbwegs organisiert. Falls du zusätzlich mal übers Wochenende in Berlin bleiben willst, ist das auch kein Problem. Ich bin Architekt, ursprünglich aus der Schweiz, lebe seit 25 Jahren in Berlin.
Ein und Auszugsdatum sind flexibel. Minimummietzeit 2 Monate. Mietpreis ist inkl. Nebenkosten und Internet.
