Hallo! Ich suche eine ruhige/n Zwischenmieter/in für meine schöne und gemütliche Wohnung im Bergmannkiez. Da das Schlafzimmer keine Tür zum Flur hat, ist die Wohnung nicht WG-geeignet. Ansonsten ist sie mit allem ausgestattet, was man so zum Leben braucht :)
Da die Nachbarn sehr lärmempfindlich (und etwas nervig) sind, wäre es mir wichtig, wenn Du das respektieren könntest und keine laute Musik anmachst oder Parties schmeißt.
Was den Zeitraum angeht, bin ich um eine Woche flexibel. Theoretisch ginge es auch ab 26.04.24., allerdings wäre die Miete dementsprechend angepasst :)

Hello! I'm looking for a calm subtenant for my beautiful and cozy apartment in the Bergmannkiez area. Since the bedroom doesn't have a door to the hallway, the apartment is not suitable for shared living. Otherwise, it's equipped with everything you need for daily life :)
As the neighbors are very sensitive to noise (and a bit annoying), it's important to me that you could respect that and refrain from playing loud music or throwing parties.
Regarding the timeframe, I'm flexible by about a week. Theoretically, it could also be available from April 26th, but the rent would be adjusted accordingly :)

Im Bergmannkiez hast Du ein hervorragendes kulinarisches Angebot, nette Cafés, Bars und viele kleine Läden.
Die Wohnung ist direkt an der U7 Gneisenaustrasse und damit super angebunden. Auch zur U1/U3 sind es nur 7 min Fußweg.
