Die Wohnung ist 82 m² groß und super hell, es gibt ein Schlafzimmer und ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Fensterfront, eine Einbauküche ist vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist möbliert (Bett, Kleiderschrank, Sofa, Esstisch vorhanden).
Eine Anmeldung ist möglich.
Die Miete beträgt 1700€/Monat als Festpreis (Heizung, Strom, GEZ, Internet etc. inbegriffen). Bei Interesse kann über eine längerfristige Anmietung im Anschluss an die Untermiete mit dem Vermieter gesprochen werden.

The apartment is 82 m², very bright and consists of one bedroom and one huge livingroom with a window facade.
There is a fully equipped kitchen and the flat is furnished (bed, wardrobe, sofa, table).
The rent is 1700€/month all inclusive (heating, electricity, GEZ, internet etc.).
An Anmeldung is possible.
If you fell in love with the apartment during the sublet it is possible to talk to the landlord about renting it for a longer period of time afterwards.
