Tengo que alquilar delante de mi apartamento a un arrendatario y / o un buen inquilino. El apartamento está situado en el centro de Berlín, cerca de la estación de tren. Lleva sólo diez minutos a pie a Potsdamer Platz. Todos los hotspots de Kreuzberg están cerca. El apartamento está reformado y equipado con todo lo que necesitas. También hay un gran balcón.

En realidad es un apartamento de tres habitaciones. Desde Yo uso la tercera habitación como una "cámara de compras y también será entregada durante mi ausencia, no es usable. Tampoco para almacenar artículos personales allí. Estará cerrado durante mi ausencia.

Tengo estos requisitos para que el alquiler intermedio funcione bien:

- sólo no fumador (también no fumadores ocasionales, etc.)

- un manejo consciente de la propiedad extranjera

Quiero alquilar mi apartamento a un buen inquilino. El apartamento está situado en el centro de Berlín, cerca del Anhalter Bahnhof. Se tarda sólo 10 minutos en caminar hasta Potsdamer Platz. Todos los hotspots de Kreuzberg están cerca. El apartamento ha sido renovado y equipado con todo lo necesario para vivir (ver imágenes). También hay un gran balcón para relajarse.

En realidad es un apartamento de tres habitaciones. Desde Uso la tercera habitación como una "habitación de almacenamiento" y será bloqueada durante mi ausencia, no se puede utilizar. Ni siquiera para almacenar artículos personales, etc. allí. Estará encerrado durante mi ausencia.

Tengo los siguientes requisitos para que la sublesa funcione sin problemas:

ich habe vor meine Wohnung zu vermieten an eine Mieterin und/oder einen netten Mieter. Die Wohnung liegt im Zentrum Berlins, in Nähe vom Anhalter Bahnhof. Zum Potsdamer Platz dauert es zu Fuß nur zehn Minuten. Alle Hotspots von Kreuzberg sind in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist saniert und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Auch gibt es einen grossen Balkon.

Es handelt sich eigentlich um eine Dreizimmerwohnung. Da ich das dritte Zimmer als "Abstellkammer nutze und es auch während meiner Abwesenheit zugestellt sein wird, ist es nicht nutzbar. Auch nicht, um persönliche Gegenstände dort zu lagern. Es wird verschlossen sein während meiner Abwesenheit.

Diese Ansprüche habe ich, damit die Zwischenmiete gut abläuft:

- nur Nichtraucher (auch keine Gelegenheitsraucher etc.!)
- keine Partypeople
- keine WG-Gemeinschaften
- keine Haustiere und Kinder
- idealerweise ein Single ODER ein ruhiges Pärchen
- ein bewusster Umgang mit fremdem Eigentum

Verlängerung der Wohnung bei Bedarf wahrscheinlich möglich aber kann keine festen Versprechungen machen.

Achtung: Es ist Keine Anmeldung bei Behörden in dieser Wohnung möglich! Außerdem stimmt die angegebene Adresse nicht - gibt es per PN.

Eventuell ist die wohnung länger verfügbar als nur drei Monate daher schreibt mir gerne wie lange ihr idealerweise bleiben wollen würdet.

I intend to rent my apartment to a nice tenant. The apartment is located in the center of Berlin, near the Anhalter Bahnhof. It takes only 10 minutes to walk to Potsdamer Platz.
