In drei Gehminuten ist die Markhalle am Marheinekeplatz zu erreichen, in der täglich frische Lebensmittel verkauft werden, aber auch gut und preiswert gegessen werden kann. Die Bergmannstraße, die vom Marheinekeplatz abgeht, lädt zum Flanieren und Verweilen ein. A Charming two-room apartment – located in the quiet and central Kreuzbergs famous “Bergmannkiez”

The place comes with a big living room – where a hammock invites to relax, one sleeping room (for those who need darkness to sleep - the room is equipped with a custom-built blind) and with a big wardrobe that offers room for all your clothes, a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, as well as a kitchen with dishwasher. Breakfast with romantic twitting in the background is guaranteed by the birds sitting in the tree in front of the kitchen window. The apartment is optimal for one person, but also offers enough space and comfort for a couple.
The apartment is located right at the beautiful Chamissoplatz in the Bergmannstraßen-Area. This famous area of Kreuzberg counts as one of Berlins finest and most recommended neighborhoods to live in.
The closest U-Bahn stations are reached in a ten minutes walk, a Bus to Alexanderplatz (for example) is l just 2 min from the door. There is a 24-hour late-shop right around the corner.
Berlin’s one-of-a-kind green open spaces Tempelhofer Flugfeld and the Kreuzberg can be reached by feet in 15 minutes.
Just three minutes from the flat there is the Markethall, where daily fresh food is sold and where you can find good food for cheap prices. The famous Bergmannstraße that start from the Markethall invites to stroll around and pause in one of the numerous cafes, bars restaurants, Antiquities-stores and small shops that are offering everything the heart demands.
