Die Wohnung ist am Kottbusser Damm, beim U-Bahnhof Schönleinstrasse, sehr ruhig weil Hinterhof. Sehr hell, ein großes Zimmer mit Blick auf Schuhlhof, Küche. Ganze Wohnung ist mit Dielen ausgestattet, sehr großes Badezimmer mit Wanne. Der Haken- für manche: Ofenheizung, allerdings gibt es eine sehr praktische Kammer, in der man die Kohle lagern kann (hab ich im
letzten Winter so gemacht, mir Kohle hoch liefern lassen, dass ich nicht schleppen muss).
Ich SUCHE im Gegenzug dazu: eine 2-3 Zimmerwohnung, Altbau, kein Erdgeschoß, die unter 750 Euro warm kostet, in Neukölln oder Kreuzberg.
