3-room apartment next to canal

We are subletting our cozy 3- room apartment for two months from December 16th till February 19th for 700 EUR a month (1400EUR total). The location is great: right next to the canal, lots of trees, quiet, walking distance to restaurants, cafes (Ahorn Cafe and Van Loon the boat cafe), supermarkets. The flat has a bedroom with a crib for a small baby (a smaller mattress can also be arranged on the floor), a bedroom with a larger mattress, and a living room with a comfortable couch (/bed), rocking chair and a piano, a kitchen and a bathroom. The rent also includes Internet. The apartment has a washing machine. The deposit is 500 EU. IMPORTANT: The apartment uses stove heating, means that you must manually heat it with brickets. Once the oven is on, you just have to throw in brickets every few hours to keep it going and throw away the ashes now and then when they pile up. It's much cozier than central heating and also less dry, but you have to take this into account if you are interested in the apartment! Feel free to ask any questions.
