Charmante 2 Zimmer Altbauwohnung in Kreuzberg für Dezember/Januar

Wir vermieten unsere charmante 2 Zimmer Altbau- Studentenwohnung mitten im Wrangel- Kiez für etwa einen Monat über die Feiertage! Die Daten sind ein wenig flexibel, also sagt meldet euch auch gerne, falls ihr später kommen wollt oder kürzer bleiben etc.
Die Wohnung ist generell hell und ruhig, hat ein grösseres Wohn- und ein kleineres Schlafzimmer, eine kleine Küche, Bad mit Dusche und Flur und bietet bis zu 3 Leuten Platz, 1-2 wären aber ideal. Es gibt ansonsten eine Waschmaschine, einen Flatscreen- TV, eine Menge Bücher etc., ist aber eine spartanisch möblierte, rauhe Studentenwohnung, also meldet euch nur, wenn ihr keinen Luxus erwartet ;)
Die Lage ist ansonsten wirklich perfekt in der Nähe aller möglichen Bars, Restaurants, kleiner Läden, und die U-Bahn Station Schlesisches Tor ist auch nicht weit!





We are subletting our nice calm and light 2 BR Student- Apartment in the Wrangelkiez in Kreuzberg over the holidays. The dates are quite flexible, so if you'd like to come later, stay longer etc. it wouldn't be a problem. It has a big light living room, a bedroom, a small kitchen and bathroom, a washing machine, flatscreen tv, lots of books etc. and space for up to 3 people, but however it is a spartanically furnished rough students' apartment so just get in touch with me if you don't expect luxury ;)
The location is very convenient near a lot of great bars, clubs,shops and restaurants! Subway station Schlesisches Tor is also close by.
