Die Wohnung befindet sich im dritten Stock eines Altbaus zwischen Kanal
und Görlitzer Park. Bis zur nächsten U-Bahn (U8 und U1) sind es 5
Minuten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Ausgehmöglichkeiten in direkter
Umgebung gibt es sehr viele.

Sie kostet 30€ pro Tag.

Sie ist komplett eingerichtet, da ich hier wohne und sie vermiete, weil
ich viel unterwegs bin. Waschmaschine, W-Lan for free, Bettwäsche und
Handtücher sind vorhanden. In der Küche gibt es alles, was man braucht,
um ein leckeres Essen zu bereiten.

Es ist eine Altbauwohnung mit großer Küche 22qm, Schlafzimmer 20qm und
einem kleinen alten unrenovierten Bad mit Wanne.

Zum Ausgehen hat man hier fussläufig Bars, Restaurants, Clubs,
Konzertmöglichkeiten.

Zum chillen eignet sich der Kanal oder der Görlitzer Park.

Katzen sind erlaubt. Da ich manchmal die Katze meiner Nachbarin hüte,
ist die Wohnung allerdings nichts für Menschen mit einer
Katzenhaarallergie.

Ich wohne seit 14 Jahren in Kreuzberg, wenn ihr was wissen wollt, fragt
mich einfach.

The apartment is located between the canal and Goerlitzer Park, on the
third floor of an old building. It is 5 minutes to the nearest subway
station (U8 and U1) and to supermarkets, and there are many bars and
restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

The apartment is completely furnished, because I live here and sublet it
regularly, as I am often away. Washer, free Wi-Fi, bedding and towels are
also available. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare food.

It is an old building with a large kitchen (22 sq m), bedroom (20 sq m)
and a small old unrenovated bathroom with tub.

There are many bars, restaurants, clubs, and concert halls neabry.

The canal and Goerlitzer Park are great for chilling out.

Cats are allowed. Because I sometimes look after my neighbors cat, the
apartment is not recommended for people with allergies.
