Wir wollen unsere schöne Altbauwohnung im ruhigen Teil der Bergmannstraße zwischenvermieten, wenn wir für vier Wochen im Urlaub sind. Die Wohnung hat drei Zimmer, wir machen aber für Dich/Euch Platz und dadurch die zwei großen Zimmer nutzbar. Ideal für ein Paar, aber auch mit Kind super, da wir auch zwei haben (fünf und sieben Monate) und deshalb Spielzeug da ist...
Also, wer Lust auf Berlin hat, meldet Euch!
Die Wohnung ist Nähe Südstern (ca 5 Minuten zur U7-Südstern) und super angebunden an den quirligen Teil der Bergmannstraße mit ALLEM was das Herz begehrt (Cafés, Einkaufen, Shoppen, Restaurants, Markthalle....), Hasenheide und Tempelhofer Feld nahe und fußläufig erreichbar... Es fehlt an nichts!
Insgesamt hat die Wohnung 87 qm, zwischenvermietet werden davon 2 Zimmer. Der Preis versteht sich als Festpreis für alles (Telefon, Netz, Strom, Heizung etc.) und wird von uns nicht weiter aufgeschlüsselt, da wir ja nur ein paar Wochen weg sind.
