I will sublet my apartment for the whole month of September (if needed also from the 25th of august).
The total rent is 400,- (payed upfront, therefore no deposit needed)all bills included
(Heating, Water, Internet, etc.).
The apartment is located on the raised groundfloor of a typical refurbished Berlin "Altbau" building. The Apartment is part of the rearhouse and accessable through the courtyard.
The Apartment counts with a specious bedroom (desk,bed,sideboard etc), a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom (shower bath).
So if you are a reliable, responsible person, (and who cares for other peoples properties)who wants to live in one of berlins most exciting neighborhoods, please don't hesitate to contact me.
For the people who are not familiar with this area.
Everything you could ask for is in walking distance. All kinds of Supermarkets, Public Transport (U-bahnhof Kottbussertor), Restaurants, Bars and Pubs.
There is a Park right infront the House and the Canal of course. Admiralsbrücke, Graefekiez, Kottbusserdamm, Oranienstrasse, Wochenmarkt etc...
