Rießiges Schlafzimmer mit 140er Bett, großes Wohnzimmer mit bequemer Couch und Zugang zum Balkon.
Kürzerer Zeitraum auch möglich. Dann reduziert sich natürlich auch der Preis.
I am subletting my beautiful, cosy, original 'Berliner Altbau' apartment during my trip. It is fully furnished and has balcony. The apartment has nice wooden parquet, a big bedroom with a king size bed 140cmx200cm (the third quest has to sleep on the big couch), a huge living room with access to a balcony, a large well equipped kitchen with a big table and a bath room. There is also a washing machine, WIFI, a projector - all you need! Shorter period is also possible, then the price would be lower as well.
Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt am Körtekiez, direkt gegenüber der Hasenheide. Supermarkt, Samstagswochenmarkt, Bäckereien, Spätis, Cafés und Restaurants direkt um die Ecke. Eine Minute zur U7 Südstern. Gräfe- und Bergmannkiez fußläufig in 5-10 Minuten erreichbar. Tempelhofer Freiheit, Kreuzberg SO36, Neukölln in unmittelbarer Nähe. Angenehme, ruhige Atmosphäre im Haus und Kiez.
Kreuzberg one of the most popular and charismatic district in Berlin. Located in the heart of Kreuzberg, close to 'Graefekiez' and in walking distance from the Bergmannstrasse, the Hasenheide park and Neukölln. This part of Kreuzberg is probably the nicest area in Berlin: not far away from everything and the same time calm and easy.
