I rent my big bright 78m2 Loft from the middle January (15) till end April (30). I am looking for nice and careful people to live there while I am away. I will be for this time working on my own project in Brazil.
The Loft is full of light.
Three big windows.
High celling.
A beautiful green wood floor.
With an artistic Atmosphere.
The flat stay at the back house what means that is quite calm.
The neighbors are most artists and friendly. I never had any complain coming from them.
Actually I love to live here.
At the flat you will find all you need to live (double bed, fridge, fast internet, 2 work tables, 1 round dinner table, household utensil, and more) instead a washing machine. But you can find some laundry store 9 min. walking.
The Loft is perfect for one person or a couple who likes to live and work at home.

The flat is 5 minutes walking from Görlitzer Bahnhof.
At the same street of the Markthalle Neun and Lausitzer Platz. Every Thursday, Friday and Saturday there is a Biomarkt at the Markethalle just at the corner full of interest people and special meals.
Restaurants cafés and bars are all over here. The neighborhood is at the same time cool and familiar.
