Sunny, 85 sqm roof top apartment in the 5th floor and in the heart of Kreuzberg, with a lovely terrace that has a beautiful view over the rooftops of Berlin.

We are looking for max. 3 friendly people who want to stay in our charming apartment.

Kreuzberg is the most interesting and multicultural neighborhood in Berlin - close to the center - Our neighbors in the same floor are friends of us and can help you with any recommendations and questions you may have.

-DESCRIPTION-
The 85 sqm apartment is on the top floor of a beautiful typical Berlin "Altbau" building in the heart of Kreuzberg, and it receives plenty of sunshine through the big windows through the whole day.

We have one bedroom with a kingsize bed and place to store your cloths. The bed is perfectly located to the big windows of the terrace, from where you can see the stars and the sky. You have a beautiful Berlin few from the terrace but you can also have a total privacy because the neighbors can´t look on the terrace.
The big living room offers you a working place and a big couch where a third person could sleep on. From the living room you enter the terrace.
In the cosy kitchen you have enough place to cook everything you like and watch the tomatoes grow :) .
The nice bathroom offers you a bathtub and washing machine.

-THE NEIGHBORHOOD-
The Kreuzberg neighborhood is legendary. It is a multicultural landscape that has attracted many great icons throughout the past few decades. David Bowie, Iggy Pop, and Nick Cave all called Kreuzberg home at some point and time. The colorful streets of Kreuzberg are filled with amazing bars, international & organic/biological food markets, charming restaurants, art galleries, unique fashion botiques, and diverse landscapes. Just a few minutes' walk in any direction can bring you to something worth seeing or experiencing: picnic in the vibrant Görlitzer Park, take a bike ride (there are places near by to borrow bikes) along the tree-lined Landwehr Canal, shop at the Maybachufer Farmer's Market, or get a little lost on the streets of NeuKoelln and discover your own hidden corners. There is also the MARKTHALLE right next to our apartment which offers fresh and regional bio-products every friday and saturday.
There are lots of possibilities to go swimming like the Spreewaldbad, the Prinzenbad or the nice Badeschiff, which is a very popular place outside to hang out in the sand and relax with drinks.

-TRANSPORTATION & CONNECTIONS-
Görlitzer Banhof (U1), Kottbusser Tor (U8, U1, busses) stations are all only 5 minutes away. You can connect quickly and easily to all the good parts of central, west and east Berlin. Going just a few stops brings you to Friedrichshain, Zoologischer Garten, Brandenburger Tor, Potsdamer Platz, Museum Island, Hackescher Markt, Alexanderplatz, Prenzlauerberg, or Mitte.
