Ich vermiete meine schöne helle Wohnung im Graefekiez für während ich im Ausland bin. Es gibt ein Schlaf- und ein Wohnzimmer. Die Wohnung ist ruhig und liegt im 3. Stock im Hinterhaus.
Zur Wohnung gehört eine gut ausgestatte Küche und ein großes Badezimmer.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist grandios. Sie ist in der Urbanstraße, direkt im Graefekiez. Man ist zu Fuß in fünf Minutem am Hermannplatz. Oder and er U Schönleinstraße. Die Buslinie M41 fährt vor der Haustüte. Bars, Kneipen, Restaurant und Vergnügen also gleich um die Ecke.
Die Einkausmöglichkeiten sind vielfältig: Netto zwei Häuser weiter, Aldi Edeka, Biocompany, Karstatd in 5 Minuten zu erreichen.

I'm renting my flat from the 18th of July to the 9th of August.
The falt consists of a bed room a living room a well equipped kitchen adn a big bath room. It's light an spacois. The flat is situated on the 3rd floor.
It's situated directly in Graefekiez and Hermannplatz is only five minutes by foot. So is U Schönleinstraße. Th bus M41 runs just outside the house. There is a variety of bars and restaurants close by.
There are also several supermarket like Netto, Aldi, Edeka and Biocompany in the vicinity.
